WARRANTY: All products are guaranteed to be top quality. Defective merchandise can be replaced for free in most cases. There is no warranty if the customer incurs damage due to improper installation techniques or abuse of the product. Customers assume all liability and risk when applying/installing products. Customers must notify us of any product defect or damage within 5 days of receipt of order. With proper application, our vinyls are guaranteed for up to 10 years against material degradation, fading, and adhesion.

PRODUCT USE: It is the responsibility of the customer to see that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state, and local regulations. The customer is responsible for seeing that the items purchased are the correct application for the customer's vehicle. Seek professional installation wherever applicable or necessary. Furthermore, by purchasing a product through, you agree to and acknowledge that you wholly and completely understand and agree to the product description as listed on

CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD: If you order using the credit card payment method, charges for your order are applied automatically through Paypal when you hit the "Pay Now" button—not at the time of shipment. This eliminates the need to store your credit card information in our system, and completely bypasses any risk of your credit card information being compromised in any way. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 48 hours of when the order is received. Once shipped, delivery time is approximately 2-5 business days. Any items out of stock will be back-ordered automatically.

International customers: BMW Shadowline is not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs. ALL applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees (if any) must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery. Orders are shipped via USPS International Airmail with a general delivery time of 8-10 business days.


If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, email us at to arrange the return at our expense. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must inform us about defects within 5 days of receipt of order or the order is deemed complete. Product must NOT be used and must be in it's original condition as shipped by us. Original shipping fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable.

To return your item, please contact us so that a Return Merchandise Authorization number can be issued prior to shipment. Any parcels sent back without an RMA Number clearly written on the package will NOT be accepted. The customer will be responsible for the costs of mailing returns.

Returns of any kind will not be accepted more than 30 days after the product is delivered. Returns must be in clean, unused, original condition, and received by us within 30 days of customer receipt. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase of date of sale. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until returned items have been examined.
